Project Description:

The Ayres/Knuth Farmstead is the oldest continually farmed property in Morris County, New Jersey and is maintained by the volunteer Ayres/Knuth Foundation. Our office assisted the Connolly and Hickey Historical Architects in the preparation of an overall site master plan. The master plan made recommendations for improved pedestrian and vehicular circulation, the interpretation of historic site features, and management of natural and agricultural vegetation.
